THE WORD OF GOD IS MAN’S USER MANUAL

     When you purchase a new device, a television set, telephone, microwave e.t.c. which you have little or no knowledge about, you are required to study the user manual in order to get maximum satisfaction/usage from it.

     A user manual/user guide/manual is a communication document intended to give assistance to people using a particular system. It contains the complete information/instructions on how to use a device/system. A user manual stems from the manufacturer of the product.

     A customer, who ignores the user manual of a device which he/she has little or no knowledge about, is certain to encounter difficulties while using the device.

     Man was made by God (Genesis 1). Therefore in order to get the full knowledge about man or rather know yourself properly, you ask the manufacturer/creator of man - GOD. He has given us His Word – The Bible.

2nd Timothy 3:16
 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness.

     Therefore, the Word of God is Man’s user manual.
     A lot of people today have streams of endless difficulties and problems surrounding them because they have ignored their user manual – The Word of God. They rather source their knowledge from the world. In Romans 12:2, the word of God admonishes us not to conform to the patterns and behaviours of this world but rather be transformed by the renewing of our minds, and you do that with the Word of God.

     What do you have to do to get the best and maximum satisfaction in life?
Study your user manual – The Word of God. Spend time with your bible, studying, meditating, praying and doing the Word.

Joshua 1:8 
Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 

How remarkable! Glory to God.
Make up your mind to study your bible regularly, refuse to conform to or condone the world’s knowledge about you. The world paints a picture of fear, ups and downs, sickness, failure; but the Word of God says “Whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world…” 1st John 5:4.

     We are more than conquerors in Christ. As you study prayerfully and do what the Word says, you are sure to live a victorious life everyday.
